2.2 Service Modifications

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Invoicing
Invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.

4. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

5. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are expected to:

- Ensure that waste is sorted and disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Adhere to payment terms as specified in the service agreement.
- Notify the Service Provider promptly of any changes to their waste generation patterns.
6. Permitted and Prohibited Waste
Clients must adhere to the following guidelines regarding waste:
6.1 Permitted Waste
- General commercial waste
- Recyclable materials
- Non-hazardous special waste
6.2 Prohibited Waste
- Hazardous waste not specified in the service agreement
- Medical waste
- Electronic waste without prior arrangement
- Explosive or flammable materials
7. Liability and Indemnity
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commercial Waste Waltham Forest against any claims or damages related to their use of our services.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination for breach of terms may occur immediately upon notice.
8.1 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the Client must settle all outstanding payments. The Service Provider will cease all waste management services as of the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waltham Forest is located. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
10. Amendments
Commercial Waste Waltham Forest reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Notifications
All notices or communications required under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and delivered to the other party’s designated address as specified in the service agreement.

Electronic communications, such as emails, are considered valid and binding for all notices under these terms.
16. Assignment
The Client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under the service agreement without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
17. Waiver
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce them in the future.
18. Third-Party Suppliers
The Service Provider may engage third-party suppliers to assist in delivering services. The Service Provider remains responsible for ensuring these suppliers comply with the Terms and Conditions.

We adhere to all environmental regulations and encourage Clients to participate in sustainable waste management practices.
19.1 Recycling Initiatives
Clients are encouraged to segregate recyclable materials to promote environmental sustainability.
19.2 Waste Reduction
Clients should implement waste reduction strategies to minimize the volume of waste requiring management.
20. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be mediated by a neutral third party before pursuing legal action.
